Conservation Area Opening

con1 con2CONSERVATION AREA OPENING – We had a surprise flying visit from two well know celebrities from the world of landscape gardening, Charlie Dymock and Tommy Walsh. They were brought down to school by Richard Trustcott of Almondsbury Garden Centre to officially open our newly renovated Conservation Area.

con3 con4It has been made possible by the hard work and determination of Simon Church as well as Adam Bird and others who have helped contribute time and effort to create a working outside natural classroom and environment. The children have been to look around and started to use the space already. Thanks to the PA and Almondsbury Garden Centre who match funded the project. It was exciting have two celebrities visit the school, all be it very briefly. They were impressed by what has been created and the school itself being set in such a lovely and idyllic location.
