Daily English session on Zoom - 11.00am

Monday 11th January - Please practise learning the story of Lost and Found with the actions. Have a go at drawing the next part of the story map.

Tuesday 12th January - Please continue to practise learning the story of Lost and Found with the actions. Have a go at drawing the ending of the story map.

Wednesday 13th January - Please read through the flip chart and discuss how you can make a 'found' poster to help find out where the penguin has come from. Use the poster template to help you make your own penguin poster. When you have completed the poster please upload it to google classroom for me to see. Today you can earn 5 marks if you label the penguin and a further 5 marks if you use adjectives in your descriptive writing about the penguin.

Thursday 14th January - Please read through the flip chart and watch the trailer for the Lost and Found animation: https://vimeo.com/93123698. If you were travelling to the South Pole, decide what you would pack in your suitcase and why. Please upload your suitcase once you have drawn and labelled your items, you will get 2 marks for each item you draw and label.

Friday 15th January - Please look through the flip chart and watch the clip about Antarctica. Today's task is to write sentences to describe the South Pole, please remember to use adjectives, capital letters and full stops. Please choose either the Bronze, Silver or Gold writing frame to help you and upload your work to google classroom when you have completed it.
