Y6 Maths

For the final two weeks of the year, Y6 Maths will no longer be following the White Rose Home Learning sessions, although you are very welcome to use them if you would like to.  Instead, in school we will be working on Maths challenges such as designing and working out costings for a brand new theme park, as well as creating our own personalised 'Maths Mats' which we will be able to take with us to secondary school.  For those of you who can't be in school on these final two weeks, we've added an overview and daily PDFs for this week's fairground design challenge.  Have fun designing a really cool theme park!

2. Have a  go at answering the questions on the worksheet when the video asks you to.
3. Watch the video again whilst looking at and checking your answers
4. Mark your work using the answer sheets

Please work through the booklet of tasks below. This week is newspaper writing and narrative around the theme of a mystery. There is no need to print the booklet unless you really want to. Instead, you can read the instructions on the screen and then do your work on paper. Remember to drop us an email to share with us anything you are proud of.
