Key Information

PE will be on a Monday and Tuesday this term. Therefore, the children will need to wear their PE kits to school on both days. 

Swimming

In the second and third week of the Autumn Term, Year 3 will be swimming each afternoon. The children will need to wear their PE kit into school and bring their swimming kit with them in a suitable bag. The lessons will take part during the school day and a coach will take them and return the children to school.

Reading Books

Reading books will be changed each Tuesday where possible, so please make sure your children have read their books and have their reading record completed by Thursday, please. Rewards will be given to frequent readers. This will be explained at our meet the teacher. Please see the poster below for an understanding of the rewards.

Children will  receive guided reading every other Friday, and we ask that this is returned the following Monday.
