3. Three

We watched the Number Blocks episode 'Three'...

On our Maths Mat we looked at items that link to the number three e.g. 2p & 1p coin, a triangle (3 sides & 3 corners), 3 spots on a dice, 3 spots on a domino ( 3 and 0 & 2 and 1), the number 3 piece of Numicon, 3 o'clock, 3 bears and 3 pigs. We practised representing the number 3 in different ways by drawing 3 dots, 3 lines, 3 crosses, we finally practised writing the numeral 3.

We also watched the episode 'One, Two, Three'...

Can you find things at home that have a number 3 on them?

We watched a video about triangles...
